This is a wonderful house in the centre of Presteigne, close to Radnor Forest and ideal for exploring the borderlands of Wales and England.
There are plenty of features in this house, with woodburner, enclosed garden, five bedrooms over two floors and is ideal for the larger family or group of friends.
Shop 50 metres, High Street only 250 metres.
Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room with toilet and basin.
First floor: Bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 four poster, 1 twin.
Second Floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 kingsize, 2 twin.
Games room with darts, table football and 1/2 size pool & table tennis as well as additional seating, TV/DVD player and drinks fridge.
