Coach House suite
The Coach House, with its own private courtyard garden is a wing of our Georgian residence, right in the heart of Presteigne. Having many original features, luxurious furnishings and full gas central heating, this suite is an ideal base for exploring this historic market town and the surrounding countryside of the Welsh Marches.

Entry is through the original coach house doors to a private walled courtyard. The ground floor has a shower room with toilet and hand basin and a utility area with washing machine. The first floor has a spacious living room with sitting area featuring an open fire (first load fuel supplied free), satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system, dining room area plus open plan kitchen area with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The sleeping accommodation comprises:
- The master bedroom with magnificent domed ceiling having an antique king size bed plus en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin
- A twin bedroom with en -suite bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.
- A luxury double sofa bed, complete with interior sprung mattress, in the lounge, which with direct access to the staircase to the downstairs shower room, effectively has its own bathroom too.
The apartment has its own enclosed courtyard garden, with BBQ, garden furniture and off road parking for 3 cars.
Travel cot, high chair, stair gate available. Please ask for details.
